・Purpose of the Partnership Agreement
NTI has extensive experience in building hyperscale data centers in North America, Europe, and Asia. The objective of the Agreement is to expand the hyperscale data center engineering/construction business in Japan by combining NTI's past experience, engineering know-how and management capabilities with Meisei's technical and engineering/construction capabilities in telecommunications engineering sector.
・Outline of Business in this Agreement
NTI shall provide project management with regards to data center space in Japan to ensure quality control is in place.
NTI shall leverage its North American relationships with its existing customers to drive business related to data center space in Japan for the work to be carried out by Meisei, which shall include but not limited to data centers’ low voltage electrical build outs, general fit outs, conveyance, fiber, cable, rack and containment installation.
